
SideScrolling Project
This is my side-scrolling level design, a parkour-style level with spawn points,moving platforms, collectible collectibles, portals, and a hidden bonus house.
The game's mechanics revolve around movement, jumping, and precision jumping.In some stages, inaccurate jumping can lead to death, failure to jump to the right platform, or failure to collect all collectibles. Players need to use all available resources and their own operations to reach the end.
The level starts with a relatively simple layout, giving players enough space to adapt to the controls and basic jumping movements. At the beginning, the operation mode and various props are introduced, such as double jumps, how to collect items, and basic obstacles (such as spikes). As the player progresses, the level gradually introduces new elements, such as different types of enemies, movable platforms, secret roads, portals, and gradually brings the game difficulty into the regular part.
